Wharton Arts and The Sieminski Theater present: SOUND BEYOND SIGHT.

Join the New Jersey Youth Symphony, led by Helen H. Cha-Pyo, for an inspiring Black History Month concert celebrating resilience, artistry, and inclusion. Internationally acclaimed blind pianist and two-time 2026 Grammy Award winner, Matthew Whitaker, will perform Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue alongside the New Jersey premiere of Quinn Mason’s Electric Beauty, while also highlighting the vital work of The Seeing Eye and the Bella Music Foundation for the Blind. Co-presented by Wharton Arts and the Sieminski Theater.  Join us for this exciting event as the 75-piece youth symphony fills our stage and floor area in front of the stage.
